2018 Missouri Association of School Librarians Annual Spring Conference will be held at Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, MO on April 15-17, 2018.

 

School librarians from across the state came together to connect, collaborate, and celebrate:

Meals

Full Conference registration includes ALL scheduled meals, and your nametag will serve as your meal ticket.  Meals tickets can be purchased ahead of time for Itemized Registrations or for guests.  These can be added to your cart during registration or purchased separately through the online store, under the 2018 Spring Conference Meals category.  *Please note there will not be a general session/meal on Sunday evening.

The justification letter found at this link outlines the benefits of Spring Conference attendance and can be used by potential attendees when requesting funding and/or leave time.

 

Graduate Credit

Lindenwood will be offering two options for graduate credit for this year's conference - 1-credit hour or 2-credit hours. Please see the syllabus for each option linked below for more information, and note that additional fees will apply.  Please contact Jennifer Edler with any questions.

The beautiful Tan-Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach will again be our host for the Spring Conference. Reservations may be made by calling Tan-Tar-A Resort directly at 573-348-3131. Ask for the MASL Conference rate when making your reservation to receive discounted rates.  If reserving a room online, use the code: LBRN.  "Run of the House" room rate is $99, plus tax and Main Resort rooms are $114, plus tax.

Two amazing Keynote Speakers, Carl A. Harvey, II and Jennifer Casa-Todd, will be joining us for the 2018 Spring Conference.

This year's conference will also feature two outstanding Featured Presenters.

Volunteer

All MASL members are welcome to volunteer their time during Spring Conference.  Retired members who volunteer two hours can register for free!  Make sure to complete the volunteer registration to assist the committee with scheduling. Please note meals are not included in the free registration and that meal tickets must be purchased separately.
