The Advance Targeted Workshops are back and better than ever!  Learn more about these special sessions.

2 free local tours are being offered Monday, April 14 to conference attendees!  The first is a tour of the recently remodeled and restored St. Louis City Library.  The second is a tour of St. Louis' thriving, artistic and popular Central West End district that ends with a lunch featuring local authors. (Attendees should bring funds for lunch and the Metro Link.)  Each tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.  Click the preceding links to register.

Can't make it to multiple days of conference, but want to get a great, full conference experience anyways?  Register for Book Talk Sunday, on Sunday, April 13, which allows registrants to attend an Advance Targeted Workshop, exhibits and the exhibitor reception, and either workshops or book talks during the 1:30-3:45 afternoon professional development sessions!  Click here to learn more or register.  The cost is $89.

Just need to purchase meals?  Click here.

Hotel rooms will cost $115. (Please note you will need to pay local taxes on your hotel room.)  Reservations must be made by March 15, 2014 to ensure this rate.  Click here to learn more about how to make a reservation.  Using a PO for your room?  You will need to ask for an invoice from the hotel prior to the conference, as payment must be made in advance of the event to secure your room.

Reserved Seating at Meals

Attendees wishing to purchase reserved seats for meals at the 2014 Spring Conference may purchase them on-site at conference.  Please note that if you registered for conference at the full rate or have purchased meal tickets, you are guaranteed a meal and will have a seat in the dining room.  Reserved seating is for individuals who would prefer a to have a seat at a specific table at a meal event that would allow them to dine next to colleagues, etc.

Attendees will be able to purchase a reserved seat for any meal for $5 per seat per meal.  Unfortunately reserved seats cannot be purchased in advance of conference, only on-site at conference.  Individuals are able to purchase multiple seats at tables for meals.

For example: if you and 3 colleagues decide to sit together for the Monday lunch and Monday dinner meals, one colleague could purchase seats at these 2 meals for all of you.  The cost would be $40: 4 seats at 2 different meals, at a cost of $5 per seat per meal.

Payment for seats may be made in cash or check; sorry, no credit card payments can be accepted for reserved seating.
