How Many People am I Going to be Registering for the Event?

There is no limit on how many people you can register for the event.  You can register as many people as you would like, but please make sure that you register other individuals under their own names instead of yours.  That makes their check-in process much easier.

You have several different attendence options for this event: Full Conference; 3-Day Itemized; 1-Day Only; Student; or Retired.  Here is what each option means:

  • Full Conference: this is the all-inclusive option, and all meals are included.
  • 3-Day Itemized: you cannot attend the general session events or keynote with this option, and meals are not included.
  • 1-Day Only: you cannot attend the general session events or keynote with this option, and meals are not included.
  • Student: you must be an active, registered student member of MASL in order to use this option.
    • Full Conference: this is the all-inclusive option, and all meals are included.
    • Itemized: you cannot attend the general session events or keynote with this option, and meals are not included.
  • Retired: you cannot attend the general session events or keynote with this option, and meals are not included.
    • Please note that retired MASL members who volunteer at least two hours to work the conference receive complimentary admission into the conference.  If you are a retired MASL member who is interested in volunteering, please contact the MASL office to register at info@maslonline.org or (573) 893-4155.

"Itemized" means that you must purchase tickets to specific dining events.

If you decide to only attend one day of the conference, make sure you know which day you'll be attending.  You'll be asked to select a day when you register.

How Am I Paying for the Event?

At the end of the registration process you will be asked to select how you want to handle payment: via the "Credit Card" option or the "Bill Me" option.  Below is more information about how each option works.  Please note that pricing varie according to whether or not you are a member, a student, a retiree or whether or not you meet certain registration deatlines.

  • Credit Card: MASL accepts Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
  • Bill Me:  This is the option to use if you are going to pay for the event later on, using a credit card or check, for example.  This is also the option to use if you will be submitting a purchase order for this registration; if you have your purchase order number, you can enter it into the "Additional Customer Information" box that is located at the bottom of the payment page.  Please note that a purchase order is not a payment.  Using the "Bill Me" option will generate an invoice automatically that you can print out for your records and for payment purposes by going to "File" (Located in the upper left-hand corner of your computer screen.) and clicking "Print" in the resulting drop-down box.
