Register for the 2013 Fall Professional Development Day in Jefferson City, MO! It's the most affordable professional development opportunity targeted towards school librarians of the year, and one of the most affordable opportunities for companies to reach out to attendees. Booths cost just $100!
This year's event is being held in the beautiful and historic Missouri State Capitol building! Workshops will be held in legislative meeting rooms, and exhibitors, keynote addresses and meals will be held in the rotunda.
This year, exhibitors have the opportunity to bring a door prize for attendees to the event. In order to be eligible for the prize drawing attendees must visit with all exhibitors and receive their signatures. Prizes will be drawn after lunch, and exhibitors will have the opportunity to discuss their organizations and offerings prior to drawing. It's a great way to encourage attendees to visit with you and also allows your organization to be put in the spotlight!
The Fall Professional Development Day will feature workshops on a variety of topics, exhibitors representing a number of companies, as well as a keynote address by DESE's Dr. Hap Hairston on the new evaluation standards for Missouri School Librarians. A full schedule of workshops will be released in the coming weeks. Register today to secure your spot!
Full registration refunds will be given for requests received in the MASL office by October 18, 2013. Requests for refunds must be in writing via fax or email; requests sent via Postal Service must be received by the refund deadline. Refund requests received by the deadline will be processed within 20 business days of the event, less a $20.00 processing fee.
