MASL Reader Incentive Awards
The Missouri Association of School Librarians
is proud to sponsor four choice book awards for children to young
adults.
- Gateway
Readers Award
Selected primarily by students in grades nine through twelve and
presented annually.
- Truman
Readers Award
Selected primarily by students in grades six through eight and presented annually.
- Mark
Twain Award
Selected primarily by students in grades four through six and presented
annually as a list of 12 nominees. Students may vote for their
choice of award nominees not in their grade level as long as they
read the required books.
- Show
Me Readers Award
Selected primarily by students in grades one through three and
presented annually.
