On July 1, 2009 Penman & Winton Consulting Group began working with the association. Penman & Winton Consulting is a Jefferson City based firm that has over 35 years experience in providing association management services to non-profit associations across the state of Missouri. In addition to association management, the firm specializes in governmental consulting services.
